I'm a 19-year-old photography and graphic design student. Growing up on the coast, I love everything to do with water. I capture the movement of water and seascapes of my local area. I find and capture the beauty in the environment that is often passed up by others. Throughout the university holidays, I would wake up before first light, get to a beach and set up the equipment for whatever the morning might bring. I would shoot each beach in my local area, knowing that even though the subject matter remained the same, the sunrise would bring forth something different everytime. As soon as the sunset was over, I would find the best swell and head there for a few hours to shoot the surfers having a ride before they headed off to work.
