Steven Halpin lives and works in Newquay UK, living off grid for the summer and surfing all over the world for the winters where he met his French Canadian wife in Costa Rica. A sponsored skater in the eighties and prolific graffiti artist for over twenty years, he has turned his hand to writing about his experiences and has been published in numerous British magazines. He says the decision to unplug in his home life was the best thing he ever did and encourages those around him to do the same to what ever extent they can.
