My name is Ryan Robson, and I am a travel/surf photographer from Australia. My passion lies in searching through countries I have not seen and expressing what I see and believe through the images I take. I am currently working part-time on a surf charter travelling through remote parts of Indonesia in search of waves, and on my time off, I'm travelling through countries such as Sri Lanka, Vietnam, USA, Japan and Canada – to name a few in recent times. I’m looking outside the box of surfing and into the countries I go to, their surroundings, and the people I meet. I’m astounded by different cultures and living conditions, their way of life, and how they deal with the cards they’re dealt. Attitude is a powerful belief, and there is so much to learn from those less fortunate. The land is their garden, the ocean keeps them alive, and their family is their life.
