Born in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Robert’s fascination with film began at an early age; editing and shooting video since he was 12. A young computer geek fixated on editing films he'd pull from dial up internet, which lead him to buying his first camera. Rob began his career working in fast food chains and living on the dole around the Central Coast. He got schooled, got lost, and studied a Bachelor of Film at SAE Media College in Byron Bay. Imparting an effortless sense of authenticity in his films, Rob strives to inject a sense of feeling into all projects by communicating his ideas through aesthetically stunning, and deeply emotive visuals.
