Raleigh Thompson grew up right across from the beach in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014 with a B.A. in Communication Studies – Media Production. After graduation, he spent time shooting and editing action sports at Camp Woodward in Pennsylvania and worked as a Camera Technician in Hollywood, California. After gaining professional experience in his field, Raleigh decided to see some more of the world, so he moved to Australia and Indonesia for a year. Now, he has come back to the Outer Banks where he fell in love with filmmaking.
