As a journalist, Pat Pemberton has written for Rolling Stone, AOL Music, The Surfer’s Journal and Indianapolis Monthly, and his stories have appeared in newspapers such as the Chicago Tribune, Seattle Times, Miami Herald and a slew of other big ones he's currently too tired to remember. He happily surfs the cold, imperfect waves on the uncrowded (but you didn't hear that from him) Central Coast of California, where he also works as a university public relations professional.
