We started Off The Boat Films as we wanted to do something that we were passionate about. We were both working offshore and although it allowed us to travel we decided it wasn’t the life we dreamed of so we decided to do something different and took the leap. We were pretty lucky with the connections we already had in the UK surf scene and support from our friends, and this allowed us to develop a video portfolio relatively quickly.
