Lisa Telles is acting chief executive officer of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) and The Toll Roads, Orange County’s 67-mile toll road system and the largest toll road network in California. She assumed the role on October 1, 2012. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton. She is a member of the Orange County chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the Orange County Public Affairs Association (OCPAA), the International Bridge Turnpike and Tunnel Association (IBTTA) and the America Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). She lives in North Tustin with her husband and daughter.
