Lia Barrett is a Korean-born, American-raised professional photographer who specializes in underwater and travel photography. Since earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts in photography from Parsons School of Design in New York in 2007, Lia has been journeying to the far reaches of the earth seeking adventure and inspiration. From trekking through steep gorges, seeking out the most pristine reefs in the world, to her deep-sea work in Karl Stanley’s homemade submarine off of Roatan, Honduras, Lia has embraced the world as a sanctuary chock full of visual exploration and possibilities.
