Krystee grew up in the sunshiney state of California; San Diego to be exact. She spent the majority of her weekends on the beach…floating around on a boogie board. She wishes someone would have pushed her to surf at a younger age, as she now struggles in her attempts to learn. While she can finally paddle into a wave and stand up, she aspires to successfully duck dive one day. She is really good at running on the beach. Now living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Krystee spends most of her time working out on Ipanema beach, practicing yoga, snacking on acai from her local juice stand and then writing about her Brazilian adventures!
