Kathryn is a 24-year-old, London-based PhD student. She spent her childhood summer vacations traveling through Europe and surfing with her family, and surfing has been a big part of her life ever since. Now she tries to get salty as much as possible. In the meantime, Kathryn mainly copes with city life by keeping up to date with the surf world, skateboarding and doing yoga. As far as writing goes, she writes from a gender-neutral perspective, as she's a strong believer of focusing on what skaters and surfers are doing rather than who is doing it.
