Justin LePera is a documentary filmmaker with a specialty in sports production. Justin has a passion for making films revolved around sports, especially surfing. He started his filmmaking career working at Warner Brother Studios in development for some of the top producers in Hollywood. While working at Warner Brothers, he developed and directed his first feature film “The Forgotten Coast” in 2006. In 2008, Justin went on to direct the feature documentary, “The Arena: North Shore.” While creating his first two documentaries, Justin developed the documentary film “Isolated,” that would take him over 5 years to create. Justin is currently producing and directing a documentary about AAU basketball and continues to develop films that capture the essence of sports.
