Growing up in Southern California, in the San Diego area, I’ve been lucky enough to be close to the ocean and have the mountains a few hours away. My love for outdoor sports started when I was very young and I grew up playing travel fast pitch softball and soccer. I went to surf camps in the summer and on snowboard trips in the winter. Luckily, my family likes to travel, and I have been to many beach and snowboarding locations. My love for the movies and television led me to USC, where I am now a junior majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Screenwriting. I am also a captain of the USC Club Softball Team. Sometimes when I need a break, I sneak down to Huntington Beach and watch the waves from my skateboard. While my surfing abilities are still more at the beginner level, I enjoy watching both men and women compete around the world.
