I am 25 year old East Coast based Freelance Director, Cinematographer and Editor from Bethany Beach, DE but currently located in Brooklyn, New York. My film career began in Southern Delaware following Hurricanes with Colin Herlihy and his dad Dan Herlihy, who is a veteran surf videographer. In 2013, I committed to a project that changed my life as a film maker. I followed a Marine Veteran for a year on the road as he ran, Forrest Gump style, across America from San Diego, CA to Portland, ME to raise awareness and meet people across the country that he defended in Afghanistan. Our journey picked up quite a bit of national coverage as we made our way through the 26 different states. There were many parts of America I got to capture that I would have never thought about visiting before. Life on the road was not easy, especially being out of the ocean's reach for nine months. It was a sacrifice that was well worth it. Eventually, my footage landed in the hands of a well known Documentary film maker, Charlie Stuart, who I have partnered up with on this film. While working on the post-production of this feature documentary I have many side projects, such as 90 Seconds, that keep me connected to the surf industry. Surf film making is my passion. No matter what I am working on later in life (hopefully it is in the surf industry) I will have a consistent flow of surf side projects. Additional information and projects that I have been involved with on my website
