John Seaton Callahan photographs with passion around the world, with a particular preference for tropical places, beautiful women, and locations with good surfing conditions. Callahan has spent a lot of time on boats in the wonderland of Indonesia, loves Maldives, South Africa, and Japan, goes to the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand, went to Laos again; also Barbados, Algeria, Haiti, Malaysia, Oman, Indonesia, Tanzania, the mysterious Comoros, the east coast of China, Gabon, Madagascar, Taiwan, Algeria, and the vast Sahara desert of Mauritania. Callahan's work has been published in the National Geographic Society, The Surfers Path, Redaktion Geo, Surf Trip Journal Japan, Carve UK, Lonely Planet, Singapore Airlines, Asian Geographic, and many, many others.
