I'm not really sure if or how it affected my life, surfing or artwork, but I do know that my dad made me listen to A LOT of Rolling Stones records growing up. That was cool of him to do though. I mean, what if there hadn't been any tunes in our house... or even worse, a bunch of crappy music? What if I was forced to listen to The Captain and Tenille or something? What if The Captain and Tenille was spinning in our living room non-stop instead of Exile or Let it Bleed? I'd have to imagine that things would be different for me. Real different in a real bad way. So, thanks dad. That was cool of you.
