Jeff is a 17 year old surf photographer from Oahu, Hawaii. The ocean has always been home to him. Picture perfect moments from surreal surf sessions will forever be in his head. Through photography he's had the opportunity to capture these moments that only a very select percent of the population gets to experience first hand.
