Adventure Journalist Jayme Moye writes about mountain sports, exploration, and pushing the limits of human potential. She is a former adventure news correspondent for Men's Journal, and the former managing editor of Elevation Outdoors. Her award-winning freelance writing appears in National Geographic, Outside, Backpacker, and Rock + Ice, among others. She is co-author, along with Hans Florine, of "On the Nose: A Lifelong Obsession with Yosemite's Most Iconic Climb," a 2017 Best Book Award Finalist. In 2018, the North American Travel Journalists awarded Jayme the Grand Prize in Travel Journalism for her investigative work exposing the undercurrent of sexual harassment in the whitewater rafting industry. She splits her time between the mountains of Colorado, and the mountains of British Columbia. She prefers dogs to people.
