My name is Jared Callahan and I grew up in Buffalo, NY. I graduated with a degree in biology with a concentration in marine science from UNC Wilmington. Immediately after graduating college, I worked in the Alaskan fisheries as a biologist, studied the coral reefs of the southern Caribbean waters of Curacao, and helped protect sea turtle nests with the Bald Head Island Conservancy, NC. Then, I decided to take a detour and go back to school to study exercise science after which I fell in love with personal training, coaching, and changing lives.
