Using decades of experience in the industry, Holly Monkman guides talented girls through the essential skills of being a professional surfer - including building relationships, social media marketing, negotiating life on the road, contest support, contract negotiation and being authentic to who they are. Born in Yallingup, Western Australia, Holly quickly rose through the junior ranks to become a 12-time WA state champion and eventually Australian National Champion in 1998. After a career as a touring pro, she moved into athlete management roles for Globe, Electric Eyewear and then Roxy, finally becoming Roxy’s Global Sports Marketing Director between 2013-2016.
