Erwan Simon is an explorer, a freesurfer and a researcher, currently working in the surfing industry. From Libya to Bangladesh, from Comoros to Sierra Leone, Erwan discovered new waves in more than 40 countries and territories around the world. The experience of famous photographer John S. Callahan and legendary surfer Randy Rarick boosted Erwan's motivation to discover new places and to become a founding member of the surfEXPLORE team. Bilingual in French and English, he appears regularly as a surfer and as an author in many international magazines and TV programs. Erwan lives in Brittany, on the cold-water Celtic coast of northern France.
