Eric Stangarone is an innovation consultant for food and restaurant brands and a budding restauranteur and partner of En Su Boca, a tequila slinging Mexican honky-tonk located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. When he’s not in the field, in the kitchen or with clients, Eric can be found freediving for abalone on the lost coast, boxing a few rounds with friends, surfing the sharky waters of Ocean Beach, or propagating his existence as a self-admitted “cat guy.”
