Ellie Cherryhomes is a freelance photojournalist currently pursuing her undergraduate degrees at the University of Missouri - Columbia in Photojournalism and Peace Studies. She received a scholarship to travel to India in the summer of 2015 to study photography with the National Geographic Student Expeditions program.
