Carlos Vargas is a freelance filmmaker and surfer. Growing up in Puerto Rico led to his close connection with the outdoors. Currently based in California, Carlos has made a name for himself as a Director, Producer, and Cinematographer specializing in Ultra HD adventure reality television. Since 2015, Carlos has produced and shot over 60 episodes of cutting edge 4K television around the world.
