As a seasoned fitness professional (Double INBA World Cup Title Holder), surfer and a hula dancer, I wanted to bring the surfing lifestyle and the hula teachings into fitness and create a new workout that approaches fitness with a sense of aloha, so I created SURFCORE Fitness - a fun surf inspired workout that utilizes: Tabata, HIIT training, hula, strength training, and TRX straps. Duke Kahanamoku used to say "The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun," so I wanted my workouts to be fun.
