Blair Tom is a Historian, Entrepreneur, Consultant, Artist and has a MA in the History of Surf Culture in Central America. Working on projects ranging from aerospace to education, he also works in several surf shops and teaches surf lessons in Northern California where Shark Week is year-round. With a passion for surfing and Latin America, he hopes to further explore surf culture and its ever-growing influence on the world...
