Billy Ward is a California-based documentary filmmaker and graduate of Loyola Marymount University. He grew up in Connecticut and first found surfing while visiting family in Puerto Rico, an experience that grew into a lifelong passion. His work has brought him to the far reaches of the Arctic Circle to the western jungles of Costa Rica and is guided by a deep love for humanity. Besides his documentary work, Billy has also worked as a high school English teacher.
