A bit about me: I am a clinical psychologist in Berkeley, CA, currently employed in a forensic capacity at Napa State Hospital. In my spare time, I enjoy writing about all things surf-related. My psychological research on surfers has been published in the peer reviewed Journal of Clinical Sports Psychology (link to it here) and twice featured in Surfer Magazine. I surf Ocean Beach whenever I can.
