Experience
As a freelance writer for the past three years, Becca has had the privilege of collaborating with various brands in the outdoor space, gaining valuable insights into the industry. Her journey into outdoor journalism is deeply rooted in her passion for athletics and adventure, a trait she has carried since her early years as an athlete engaging in activities such as running, swimming, hiking, and snowboarding.
The outdoors has always been her playground, and this connection with nature has significantly influenced her perspective as a content creator. After college, Becca moved to Madrid, Spain to teach English followed by a summer working in a Swiss hostel. During her time away she started a podcast engaging in insightful conversations with women in athletics and the outdoors. This experience not only allowed her to understand people on a deeper level but also honed her skills in observation, questioning, and uncovering the underlying stories that resonate with the audience.
Upon returning to the states, Becca moved to Park City, Utah to work in the ski industry and continue her passion for podcasting and freelance writing with AllGear Digital. Her love for the outdoors serves as a catalyst for her excellence in a profession that she is truly passionate about.
