The Inertia

Core strength is essential for supporting the upper body and alleviating back pain. However, it’s also important for your self-confidence. A strong core gives you the stability and support you need to pull off whatever you’re pushing for, be it in the water or on the slopes. This 20-minute yoga series works to develop core strength in a way that you can easily incorporate into your everyday fitness routine. It’s a great way to finish up a yoga practice, or add a little bit of core work after a jog or walk. Give it a try, and as always, please be sure to use proper form to prevent injury.
