The planet is amazing and nature is awesome. It baffles us that somehow, someway we have a tendency to forget that from time to time. So it it nice to occasionally have these sorts of awe-inducing edits that leave no choice but to pay attention to the sheer AMAZING-NESS and AWESOME-NESS that is right outside our windows.
These particular videos come from Ryan Deboodt, who on a recent trip to Vietnam, Myanmar, and Nepal paid a visit to the epic, otherworldly natural treasure that is Hang Son Doong, the largest cave on Earth. From the ground as well as in the air with a drone, he filmed “near the entrance and the first and second dolines (skylights) which are 2.5 and 3.5 km inside the cave respectively.”
Then he put together a quick teaser from the rest of his travels. Both videos are a not-so-subtle reminder that being outside (or in this case inside-outside) is so much better than sitting in front of your computer. So when you’re done watching these videos, go soak up a little of that sunlight.
