andre_botha_662 The most important thing about all of this is that @evangeiselman is going to be 100’s. Thanks to everyone for all the support and encouragement, it’s a bit overwhelming to be called a hero. I was in the right place, at the right time and I did what I had to do. Life can do this to us and put us in these situations. I’m sure any other professional wave rider would have done the same thing, it is a code of honor between those who risk their lives in the ocean. I’m sorry that I haven’t replied to all the messages and emails, I ended up surfing for the rest of the day, I really didn’t know what to do with myself and riding waves was the best way I could clear my head. I’m grateful to have been able to assist a fellow waterman. Thanks again for all the support. Lots of love to @evangeiselman and his family!
