March 1 kicks off the waiting period for the long anticipated Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast which will feature one of surfing’s long-lost, short-lived favorites. Owen Wright will return from a lower back injury he sustained at Bells Beach on the first wave of his heat as one of two injury wildcards for the 2014 ASP WCT season.
In Part Two of his resurrection video series, Owen talks about being together in a family full of surfers (incredibly talented surfers, we might add), his father’s coaching that got him to the World Tour and handling life’s curveballs.
