Remember May in Mex? Hard to forget, isn’t it? Puerto Escondido went absolutely nuclear for a good while… and of all the wipeouts, Tom Lowe’s might just be the best. It’s up there with them, anyway. The one above is an entry in the TAG Heuer (yup, they’re in surfing, too!) Wipeout of the Year category of the 2016 Big Wave Awards. Which are, of course, the best awards… for spectators.
