Malia Manuel knows health. The 22-year-old Kauai native finished in the top 10 on the WSL’s Women’s Championship Tour this year, and her athletic success is no fluke. Drink More…
Water with lemon. Every morning I’m going to chug a glass of lemon water before coffee. I feel so much better when I do, and it helps balance your PH levels in the morning, flush toxins, boost immune system and helps digestion.
Eat More…
Superfoods. This is usually on my resolution lists so I keep making it a lifestyle habit. Chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina, raw foods, and wild foods like seaweed, roots, algae, fermented foods.
Move More…
When I’m on the road. I want to make an effort to find a hike or adventure wherever I am in the world.
Meditate More…
