Truth be told, we’ve been looking for an excuse to feature Lady Gaga on The Inertia for a long time. Initially, we were thinking that a thoughtful critique of her ascent and absolute command of pop culture might be a cool feature for the Music Section. It was just a matter of finding the time to make it happen. It still might.
Today, the SEO-friendly Gods of the Interweb (TMZ) published photos of Lady Gaga (aka Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) surfing in Mexico. Problem solved. “Stars! They’re just like us.”
