Southern California has been pumping, to say the very least. And just in time for the Vissla ISA World Junior Surfing Championships, which just so happens to be running this week in Oceanside. But in and out of competition, Hurricane Oho packed a punch for surfers everywhere. Warm water and utterly perfect conditions blessed the entire region and provided surfers with a week they’ll likely never forget. And in a place where surfers are ubiquitous and waves are seemingly scarce, there were a few gems that snuck through unridden. Here are a few images taken over the past few days in San Diego.
