The North Shore season is upon us. Summer is in the rearview mirror, and those big, burly swells are forming deep in the middle of the ocean. They’re marching towards the little string of islands that’s become surfing’s mecca, and the volume is getting turned way, way up. While the WSL event at Haleiwa was going on, Pipeline was firing in a very scary way.
