The Inertia

This smoothie takes less than 5 minutes to make. If you freeze the fruit beforehand, you can literally just toss everything into the blender at a moment’s notice. This is a great light smoothie to take on the go that will leave you energized, awake, and ready to get your day started.

Ingredients

1 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen

3/4 cup frozen pineapple

2 juiced blood oranges

3/4 cup light coconut milk

2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 big handfuls of fresh or frozen spinach

Method

Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
