There’s no doubt Memorial Day weekend is full of fun. Perhaps, at time, too much fun. If you’re looking to burn off some of the beer and festivities of last night, this HIIT cardio workout is a darn good way to do so. It will definitely push you, and you’ll be exhausted by the end, but you’ll have effectively sweated out any remaining traces of booze. As a result, you’ll feel better, and you’ll be able to keep having more fun with friends that hopefully involves the ocean instead of the bar. Listen to your body and know your limits, but don’t be afraid to sweat. It’s good for you.
