The Inertia

“Psychologists have scientifically proven that one of the greatest contributing factors to overall happiness in your life is how much gratitude you show.”

Simply put, happy equals healthy. I don’t mean the fleeting kind of happiness you experience when you buy something new or go out for a fun night. I’m talking about the deeper, quiet kind of happiness that determines how you view your world day to day. This kind of happiness keeps you centered, and it keeps your priorities in line. This type of happiness breeds healthfulness, and for this reason (in addition to many others) we should do everything we can to foster it in our lives. One proven way to do this, is to express gratitude fully and often. This video attempts to help people do just that. Watch below to see how expressing gratitude can seriously impact your overall happiness.
